GENERAL RULES

  1. All code must be developed fresh at the hackathon (you are allowed to use existing tools and libraries)
  2. At least one IBM Bluemix service must be used
  3. Designing "on paper" and researching data sources can begin prior to the event
  4. Registration must be completed by at least one individual or more members of the team
  5. Teams can have a maximum of 5 people
  6. The demo must consist of a working application (sorry, power point is not allowed)
  7. A participation agreement must be signed prior to participating
  8. The Intellectual Property of the app is owned by the development team
